I have just answered your other post. However, your question about possible spread can really only be answered by your doctor; they will identify exactly what type of cancer (if it is) by testing what you thought were piles. It may take a couple of weeks for the results to come through, so unfortunately you will have to brace yourself for a wait, which is so hard, I know.
