Hi
Well done on finishing your treatment..you can start your recovery journey now..
The pumping unfortunately for me still happens..
I have to cut fibre out as much as I can.. same with garlic.. peppers.. green veg.. and grapes
Basically eat white bread.. chicken.. white pasta..
Just know it does get better.. try not to worry x
Please don't worry about pumping..its part of your recovery

Thank you …. I don’t mind farting but I’m back at work now so it’s abit embarrassing…
Yeah I’m missing my food & fruit ..

Hi Kerrie74532c28 , firstly congratulations on completing your treatment & on your recovery, it sounds as though you’re doing really well.
In the early days of my recovery I remember walking my dog & some days I’d pump with every step! It’s a good job I walk her early when there’s not many people around!
Almost 8 years on I have to be careful with how much fibre I eat, I get very gassy, bloated & sometimes a bit nauseous. I’ve learned as time goes on that there’s foods that promote these issues, I can’t eat raw onion & only a little cooked, peppers are ok but only in small amounts, I can’t regularly drink coffee & too much sugar sparks things off too.
Try keeping a food diary for a while documenting food’s & the reactions if any. In the meantime better out than in so the saying goes!
Nicola
Thank you ️
Yes I feel good apart from being tired buts it’s great to actually feel normal again .
I will try cutting a lot of stuff out & see if that’s better .
xx
