If anyone is awake right now, could use a chat.
Hello Jen
I was but internet was down. Are you troubled? The wee small hours aren't good for racing thoughts, I know. Here if you need to talk.
Big hug

Hello Jen,
Very much hoping that you’re ok.
Ive been a bit behind with this wonderful forum as was away for a week so apologies for not responding.
Absolutely agree with Bungle1, in that the post treatment period can be really tough. Don’t underestimate what you have been through, and the physical and psychological after effects. The early hours if you can’t sleep can be particularly challenging as everything can feel magnified.
Big hug to you xx
Hello Jen,
Sorry I missed your post but I do hope things are ok with you; and there is a thread on this forum for people who are awake at night. Not much help to you now, but perhaps in future when it seems everyone else is asleep, it will reassure you to chat to others in a similar situation.
