I am 7 months post treatment and my bottom is still quite painful every now and again. Has anyone got any suggestions regarding a comfortable cushion please? I kinda tend to sit on my hips when painful
I can't remember who posted it but there was a post where someone had bought a cushion and then cut a hole in it to accommodate the sore part, they posted a picture. I think it was probably a couple of months back. Xx
I bought a donut-shaped cushion on Amazon which I really like and still use (I'm nine weeks post-treatment). It's called BlissTrends Donut Pillow Seat Cushion, but I should note that I live in the States, so I am not sure you will be able to find that particular brand on the UK Amazon site. There are other memory foam donut cushions on the UK Amazon website though.
I agree with Crocosmia, I bought a honeycomb cushion and have one permanently in the car and one at home that I move from seat to seat. I don't have external sores, just a very fragile rear end after treatment that aches and complains if I sit on a hard chair.
