Hi amazing people
After months I had the call I had been waiting for from our local Anal Cancer MacMillan nurse that treatment has been successful! Phew!
Then found out a lady I met at a Harmony Therapy Trust meeting has just been diagnosed with the AC today!
This forum, the sharing and caring has been essential for me so have recommended it to her.
Thank you for everything and I am going to stay on here to carry on support for others as needed x
Love and huge thanks Angie x
That's great news Angie, you must be delighted!!
Yes, please keep posting - I found it really helpful when I was diagnosed.

Hello Angie SE
What wonderful news, Angie, I am sure there are celebrations tonight and I am so pleased that are staying around - thank you!
And hopefully this lady will come on board.
Sleep well!

Congratulations Angie (Angie SE ), this is amazing news! & the fact that you want to hang around to offer support to others too is also great, this is exactly the way I felt, I was so grateful to those that had supported me through my diagnosis, treatment & beyond that I just wanted to pay a little forward although this isn’t for everyone & some people just need to take a step away, we’re all different.
I’m also sorry to hear that your friend has received a diagnosis of AC, hopefully if she joins our group she’ll find it as helpful as we have.
Once again congratulations.
Nicola
