I start chemo tomorrow and I’m going to try the cold cap. Silly question but, can I still wear my glasses or is the cap so tight that it’s not possible? Been really calm since my diagnosis but absolutely lost it last night, family were brilliant but know they can’t really do anything. Thank you

I tried the cold cap, and yes, you can squeeze your glasses in, and the nurses are brilliant at helping you through it. Take a good book or something with you to pass the time!
