I have woken up with very painful under arms. Not on any treatment yet as I am waiting to hear what pathway they are going to treat my cancer on. I hope this not a bad sign.
Hi ZPN I have not come across this symptom before in relation to anal cancer. It may be something entirely unrelated to your diagnosis, but obviously after such a diagnosis we worry that every new ache and pain is related to it. Please give your treating team a call in the morning and if you feel you need to, seek medical advice via your nearest walk in centre today. Bev
Hello ZPN, I haven't heard of this either. It is obviously so worrying for you, but I must admit I am baffled. As Bev says mention it to the team treating you, but hopefully it is something entirely unconnected. Please let us know if this eases off.
