After two months of stress waiting for treatment to start, I'm so relieved to check week one off the list. All went well and I felt fine, until today. As soon as I got home from radiation, exhaustion overwhelmed me. I sat on the couch and fell right to sleep. It is a relief to have the weekend off from treatment and swallowing those huge pills. Four and a half weeks to go.
Congratulations , great to hear you’ve checked off week 1 of treatment. Enjoy your weekend off. The fatigue stops you in your tracks when it hits doesn’t it? You’ll be through the other side before you know it.
