After two rounds of induction and two consodaltions she had a bmt transplant June 4 2020 at Sloan Kettering .Unfortunately after a biopsy procedure on October 28 2020 we discovered she had relapse .As of right now we are moving forward with a clinical trial sndx 5613 she will start upcoming Tuesday which targets her aml because of her mll rearrangements. We did our research I would like to know has anyone been on this clinical trial and what experience did they have .thank you for any information
Hi Eric
That's great that your wife has been offered a place on a clinical trial that starts tomorrow. I don't have the experience you're looking for but noticed that you hadn't had any replies to your post. I put SNDX-5613 into the community search bar to look for others who have commented on it but unfortunately your posts are the only ones which mention it.
It would be great if you could come back and let us know how your wife gets on so that others who may be offered a place can benefit from her experience.
I wish your wife all the best
x
Thank you latchbrook and I will post her experience with the clinical trial to help others if one day .Thank you once again take care
