I just need to share my not so good experience trying to get travel insurance for my husband who has lung cancer.
I have tried to fir two days constantly calling insurance companies for quotations.
I managed to lock myself out of my Macmillan account and sent an email to Jimmy. Bless you Jimmy.
Finally got onto my account and came across a blog who in there desperation finally found Insurewith. They quoted a price less than a £100. I've had quotes for thousands or no quote at all.
Thank you my community I dont know what I would have done without you. Gone crazy i think.
We're looking forward to being with our son and future daughter in law on their wedding day now.
Thank you Macmillan for being there.
I'm so pleased to hear that you've managed to get reasonably priced travel insurance and that this Community was able to help you.
I'll be sure to pass on your thanks to Jimmy as well.
I hope you and your husband have a lovely time at your son's wedding.
