Hi all, ive only just joined this group.
Was diagnosed in March with ductal carcinoma in situ stage 2.
After surgery, the grade was dropped to stage one grade 3.
I have to start 2 weeks ( mon-fri) radiotherapy, plus get a ct scan within the next 2-3 weeks.
I have been put onto letrozole for the next 5/7 years.
I've tried several sites for travel insurance, the quotes im getting are costing more than my holiday.
Can anyone please recommend or suggest an insurance company.
Thank you in advance
Hi Rosered61 and a very warm welcome to the online community which I hope you'll find is both an informative and supportive place to be.
I know how difficult it can be to find reasonably priced travel insurance when you've had a cancer diagnosis and wondered if you've had chance to look through the members recommended travel insurance thread yet? There are lots of recommendations from others there so your best bet is to make a list and then settle down with a cup of tea and your phone to contact the insurers.
I've personally used payingtoomuch.com and goodtogoinsurance.com in the past.
I hope you're able to find some reasonably priced travel insurance and that you have a lovely holiday.
