My wife is an advanced lung cancer patient and we are looking to get treatment abroad.
Does anyone know of or can point me in the direction of getting insurance cover for travelling abroad for cancer treatment? Even if its just to cover repatriation to the UK.
I have tried calling many providers but to no avail, response - we do not provide cover for treatment just for holiday purposes. Tough one.
Hello ShellyB,
This is indeed a tough one.
I can't suggest anything here but you might find some specialists (insurance companies or brokers) online who specialise in this type of niche cover.
Good luck.
Derek.
