I can't recommend any travel insurers to cover a cruise, as I haven't been on a cruise since my diagnosis, but I can recommend that you take a look through the members recommended travel insurance thread, as you'll find lots of recommendations there from others who have got travel insurance.

I do hope you can get travel insurance so that you can book your cruise and have a great holiday.
