I have annual cover via Staysure. They’ve recently offered access to Travel Doctor. It requires sign up and appears to be free of charge. Has anyone signed up and/or made use of it please? It seems too good to be true.
I get a similar free service (called Air Doctor) from my travel insurer (Holidaysafe). It's a service that can be used to find a reliable insurer approved doctor, dentist etc. if needed when abroad.
Fortunately I've not needed to use it but it occurs to me that it would make it easier to find reliable assistance should you need it rather than trying to find a reliable doctor / dentist to consult when abroad. I guess it will also benefit the insurer cost and reliability wise.
