Good morning,
I have been online and got a quote from Albert & Eddie and also direct with Insurancewith. Just wanted to ask if anyone then calls them to arrange it or is going with the online quote enough. I have answered all the questions but worried that I need to follow the online quote up with a phone call in case there is anything else they need to know?
Thank you.
I went with Holidaysafe through Albert&Eddie - both these and Insurancewith (plus a couple of other insurers specialising in different risks) are part of the same group of companies.
I did the quote online, carefully checked (and printed) my answers and was confident I had answered all correctly. Some people always recommend 'phoning them and it probably depends on your confidence and/or trust in what you've been offered. All I would say is if you are in any doubt whatsoever whether you've answered correctly or if you don't fully understand any aspect, however small, it's best to phone to ensure you're fully covered and can rest easy.
Happy travels.
Thank you for your reply. Good advice, I am such a worrier that I think I will probably end up calling them. There were some things that weren't asked. It asks about chemo and radiotherapy but not specifically about immunotherapy which is what I am now having for 2 years. Thanks again
