Today I had the result of my second scan since the beginning of immunotherapy . The 2 biggest nodes have shrank so I will continue the treatment and the consultant does not see any problem for me to go on a cruise to the Fjords of Norway . The difficulty is finding an insurance as I am not in remission but the treatment is working .
Can somebody help ?

I found "Insurancewith" was by far the best of all the companies I rang. Their number is 03330 051 066.
I also heard about BIBA, British Insurance Brokers Association ph. 0370 950 1790. They'll take all your details and find a broker who'll insure you. Good luck
