Dont try to do this alone, we are all here to help but this where friend and family will need to step up

No matter how long we all have cherish the time together, make memories - it can be so hard but it will help. I have stage 4 prostate cancer which is very aggressive and I am aged 53.  I have a 13 year daughter who is now my focus to ensure when I am gone she can look back through the tears and remember the happy times.

I think Macmillan have telephone support, definitely reach out and speak to them
