One of my family memebers has been diagnosed with stage four bile duct cancer, 6months in she is still looking well but very low on energy.
She was given 4-6month, chemotherapy is not working.
Struggling to accept that she is terminal, unsure how to support and how things will change going forward.
Hi D73,
I’m so sorry to hear your sad news.. my best friend died if this in August only 2 days after diagnosis. I’m glad she didn’t have to endure the psychological torment too. just be there for her and the family and you could introduce her to the MacMillan teams using the number on this site. It might be hard for her to talk to family as she won’t want to upset them.
good luck and sending you hugs x
