Shingles vaccine

Any one had the shingles vaccine ? I’m having mine tomorrow and am slightly amxious about side effects.

  • I had my first one 3 weeks ago.

    I had a sore arm for a few days and the day after the jab I had a banging sore head……. My wife had flu symptoms for about 24 hrs and then it clear up quickly.

    My wife had hers over 2 or 3 doses, (shinglex) a different type than the normal. NO SIDE EFFECTS AT ALL.

    It was all part of her post sct vaccination programme.

    Also had her 1st MMR in October and second due in May.

    Again no side effects.
