Nine years ago today I received my stem cells. Whilst it wasn't all plain sailing in the early days I have been fortunate and now have good health. I will be having a glass of something nice to celebrate my rebirthday after getting my 5th Covid jab this afternoon.
Happy 9th birthday Paul...... I will raise a Single Malt to you tonight.
