I was wondering if there are any others out there to start a SCT in coming weeks / months. To share experiences and support.
Had first GFP-R cycle and kidneys didnt react well and spent 4 days in hospital being hydrated. Home later ...cant wait.
The consultant said that some SCT were being delayed where they could but that with me no option but to go ahead despite increased risks. Hopefully as Mike said to me...they are very well experienced at keeping people away from you at the critical phases.
If there are others out there venturing into this a little more nervously than they were before please do say hello.
Off home for two days water drinking without whiskey!
