Close family member has been awarded AA under the special rules.
She is 80, rectal cancer, colostomy 3 years ago.
She doesn't want to know how long she has, just that it's 'spread everwhere'.
I understand She doesn't want to know how long she has, but she has two sons who are devastated by the finality of it all.
If she has been awarded high rate under special rules, does this mean she has less than a year left?
I suppose I'm looking to find out, without actually asking so I can support the family better
