Stage 4 prostate cancer

I am waiting on my prostate biopsy but all the signs are that it is likly stage 4 prostate.A high PSA of 23 ,MRI scan showed a pirads of 4 and I have a constant back ache I am really scared and not coping very well .I can not sleep because I am so scared I think I am on the verge of a breakdown .I just do not know what to do

I am sorry to hear that you are waiting on the results of your prostate biopsy and I know that it can be a worrying time.

It is very natural to feel scared and that you are not coping.
