Hi , I am new to the group , diagnosed Jan 12th , I am 63
struggling to accept that at most I have 1 year , I am a battler , should I battle , can I fight this
I am on targeted therapy , afatinib , which I started 2 weeks ago
there was a delay in treatment starting as I had to have a pericardial window as my heart was full of fluid . This is how my lung Cancer was diagnosed
just stumbled across this group and so good to talk to others in similar situations
