Hi
I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in November 2018. I knew it was cancer but I didn’t realise how bloody annoying it was going to be! I went through 4 rounds of chemo followed by a hysterectomy and 2 more rounds. All good so far - then the dreaded CA125 markers crept up … second diagnosis 11 months later.
another 4 rounds of chemo followed by an operation (my stomach now looks like a zip ) and the all clear.
I returned back to work on a phased return on 1 July 2021.
Cancer decided it wanted another fight so was diagnosed again at the end of August and have just completed week one of 6 rounds of chemo- no operation- I have nothing left to take.
Down sometimes… out NEVER. I am sure I am not the only one having to go through this again but any tips about not losing my temper with my husband would be grateful
