Hello - I found a small round lump just under my left breast November last year, I was sent to Breast Clinic in local Hospital for this to be checked out. After a very stressful few hours I was told I had a cyst and they drained it there and then. Lady also mentioned I have quite a few more but very small and she was leaving them.
9 months later I noticed a lump/swelling (oval shape) just about my left nipple, I phoned doctors right away and was told to come in that day for a F2F. Doctor found the oval lump and suggested it was a cyst and to monitor it, she was going on holiday and made another appointment for me 4 weeks later.
This morning my appointment was at 10am, I've hardly slept for 4 weeks and very worried. At appointment I was told it was larger now 3-4 cm and my breast is fuller and top of my aerola looks like it's slightly bruised. No inverted nipples, no dimpling, no marks, not hot or leaks. Then she told me I had another oval lump on my other breast, so I'm being referred to breast clinic again.
Doctor said she believes they are all benign but it gets you worried, I wont sleep until I'm at the hospital and then I will be so nervous.
Any thoughts?
Many thanks x
