Hi, I’m new here and waiting on results, I have extensive calcification in my left breast, have had a biopsy, get my results Thursday, the consultant has said it could be BDIS and hopefully it’s early, had anyone had anything similar please? X
Hi , I think you probably mean DCIS. It's common and is the earliest form of breast cancer. Click HERE to get info on it that's on the MacMillan website. Don't go googling anywhere else unless it's a reliable website like the NHS, MacMillan etc as a lot of information on the internet is either outdated or incorrect. What's on the link I gave you should hopefully tell you all you need to know.
