Hi All,

I was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer 18 months ago.  Had surgery to remove everything - total hysterectomy - (just the one tumour found on the ovary) followed by 6 cycles of carboplatin/paclotaxil.

I was given the all clear after final scan 1 year ago.   Have been taking PARP inhibitor Nariparib with no real side effects.   Have felt very strong mentally up till now and all tests still clear, but suddenly I feel very  anxious about future prognosis.  I know it is futile and I should just get on with life but would appreciate hearing from anyone who has had similar experience.

Hi I've just replied to you in the Ovarian cancer forum so I'm sure you'll have someone along soon to chat.

As an afterthought it might be an idea to take a look at the Life after cancer group, many ladies in my group found it helpful.

Sending you all the best, B xx
