Hi and welcome to the Online Community but sorry that you had to find us. I am especially sorry to hear about your ongoing health issues.
I see you have also posted a question with our Cancer Nurse Team in our Ask an Expert section, but do allow two working days for replies from our expert team.
Finding answers to health problems can be very challenging and it just takes time for the system to work through the process but if your are every just not sure or your systems have changed significantly you should always talk with your medical professionals.
You may find talking with others who have walked the same type of journey before as this will help you navigate this difficult time so can I recommend you join our supportive Ovarian cancer group as this will be a good place to connect with patients and family on the same cancer treatment pathway.
To join a group just click on the link above then choose 'click to join' or 'join' (depending on the device you're using) on the page that opens.
You can then introduce yourself by putting up a ‘New Thread’ or hit the box with the X on the top right (phones), you could just copy and paste the text from this your first post. You can also join in with existing ‘Discussions’ by clicking on 'reply'.
It’s always good to talk so do call the Macmillan Support Services on 0808 808 00 00 - most services are open 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week Clicking here to see what is available. This service provides lots of cancer information, support, financial guidance or just a listening ear.
To find information covering diagnosis, treatments and pages covering most types of cancers check our Online Information and Support Section.
All the very best ((hugs))
Thank you. I’m happy to wait for some answers and have had a rethink and and thought perhaps I should concentrate on making new friends and being there for some other people in this group considering how I feel you must be pretty insignificant to the story of some others here who could probably use a friend and I’m always up for making new friends. So turning something from the negative reason I found the group into something positive makes the outcome either way a good thing in my eyes
and hey thanks for replying
