KHi
My name is Gail and I have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer at 62.
I have been told that it is treatable and my treatment is chemotherapy followed by surgery after 6 sessions and then radiotherapy if required taking around 8 months in total if all goes well and nothing changes.
I had my first chemo treatment yesterday and it did seem to go ok and I have felt moderately ok today but am worried this is just a one off day and I will feel much more unwell as the days go by
I would love to hear from other people’s experiences of chemotherapy treatment.
Thank you
