Newly diagnosed with prostate cancer

Received results of a biopsy a few days ago that confirmed I have prostate cancer.  Not a surprise, as I’ve had an elevated PSA for over a year and the biopsy was postponed for thirteen months because of the pandemic, but it feels unreal.  Will have CT and bone scans later this week and a consultation on 16 June to discuss treatment options.  I’d be grateful for any advice on how to come to terms with the new reality and how to decide on treatment if offered a choice of different options.
