I’m new here and looking for a bit of advice... long story short I’ve had bloods to see whether I could have lymphoma (or to at least flag if I could have it) and my results for LDH and ALT have come back slightly out of the normal range.
My LDH is 301 (normal range 110-255) and ALT is 96 (normal range 10-45) I do have a hard lump in my left breast, which has been felt by doctor and I’ve been put on a 2WW for the breast clinic but they can’t actually see me for another 3 weeks!
Are these levels I should be concerned about along with the lump and other symptoms I’ve also been having. What levels did others get diagnosed with (particularly your LDH)
Sorry if this is jumbley I’m just so stressed. I’m only 33 and have 4 beautiful children who I’m terrified of leaving behind.

Hi and welcome to the community but sorry to hear the reason you had to find us.
I was diagnosed way back in 1999 with a rare type of Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and never once had a blood test that indicated that I had Lymphoma.
Poor blood results may highlight a need to look further for answers but for Lymphoma it requires a CT and biopsy to find the answers.
Good that you have been referred to the breast clinic as this will help you get some answers. Unfortunately the waiting times are rather stressed at the moment but in the big picture a few weeks will not be a massive problem to outcomes.
