I am a visitor in the UK and diagnosed with breast cancer out of nowhere last August. I had 4 hours surgery, followed with 3 months chemotherapy, 3 weeks radiotherapy and immunotherapy meantime, will finish this September. As I came here to visit my fiancé, we haven't made our marriage happen three times last year because of covid, then cancer, and now my tourist visa expired since end of last year and I am still waiting for the visa extension, no news after 6months now. I cannot go to NHS as a visitor and have to go to the London Clinic for all of my treatments. I don't know anyone in London and during this almost a year of illness and treatment and everything. I start to feel more and more lonely, and I am not sure shall I stay here to complete the treatment or return home. hope my message is ok...
