Hi everyone I am a newbie to this group but desperate to be with those in the same situation...living with cancer.
I had a right nephrectomy in 2014 and was clear up to 2019 where I had a lumpectomy to my chest wall a result of a solitary metastases.
Now as of Friday gone I was told over the phone by my oncologist that my recent scan showed lesions to my abdomen and pancreas. He wants me to start sunitinib in 10 days. I feel so overwhelmed by it all and so nervous of side effects. Just wanted to be with people who can understand XXX
