Hi there everyone, i have been reading some very inspirational stories on this site and the support everyone is giving is amazing.
My partner was diagnosed with throat cancer May 2020 and had chemotherapy and Radiotherapy until September. He had a Pic line in and was feeding through that until the beginning of January. Scan just before Xmas was clear so fantastic news. We just had the result of the follow up scan last week to find the cancer has spread to his lungs. Absolutely floored by this news as he has started feeling better, is eating better and we thought we were getting somewhere.
He started Immunotherapy today and will have this every 2 weeks. Does anyone have any experience of the treatment ?
