Hello,  I'm an extremely lucky secondary breast cancer patient in that I've been on letrozole and palbociclib for more than three years and they're keeping me stable.  Has anyone else found that the loss of oestrogen they cause in order to starve the cancer has the tricky side effect of contributing to incontinence?  The other possible reason is that I'm taking lots of calcium and D3 supplementation to keep my calcium levels up.   I'd love to know other people's experiences/tips on this.
