Breast cancer again!

Hi

14 years ago I had a WLE for IDC sentinel node positive so axillary clearance  chemo radiotherapy & tamoxifen for 7 years and all good until December 2020. Felt a lump on the other breast and long story but x2 IDC again although my last mammogram 2 years ago clear

So have had mastectomy x4 nodes removed and have been told 2 are positive so now awaiting a date for full axillary clearance and chemo radiotherapy etc.

So my question is how many others have had clear mammograms then within 2 years develop a problem. Also this time U/S & mammogram suggested tumour sizes 20mm and U/S nodes look ok however post mastectomy tumour sizes 40mms  & 24mms and nodes positive so worried that tumours are rampant in a few months and also been upgraded to grade 3

I have asked my surgeon but he replied breast cancer can be unpredictable??

Would love to hear from other folk who have had a similar experience xx
