Hi good morning .I was recently diagnosed with bladder cancer after  having an investigation into my bladder I have  had a turbt  procedure  biopsies  were taken for investigation  the outcome was not very good I have stage one cancer  but grade three tumour .My  consultant  has offered  me  two procedures one a b c g.or full bladder removal plus prostate plus lymph nodes. I believe b c g is not as successful  as the second option but I am struggling with such radical surgery of the second option my mind is all over the place I look at my wife she looks so worried its breaking my heart and I feel so emotional  .I don't know which way turn .my consultant wants me to have a scan  on my chest is that normal?should I get a second opinion. Thanks for listening  this probably  only my second e  mail I have ever  sent.    Teddy
