Hi I am 33 years old and have this week been diagnosed with a menigioma after suffering seizures and hemaplegic migraines. I'm not sure if this is the right place for me to be as I don't actually have cancer but I feel a bit lost at the moment with the fear of the unknown and when trying to do my own  up. I feel both physically and mentally unprepared and have not disclosed my new diagnosis with any family or friends.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated of how to tell them and is it OK to feel Not OK and lost?
