This has to be the worst time to get a diagnosis my cancer can be treated with medication and a operation once this is over I feel so guilty that I’m worrying about this when there are people much worse off than me how are other people feeling at this time
Hi and a warm welcome to the Community. I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis. Please don't feel guilty, it's always a traumatic diagnosis to hear and you are bound to be feeling shocked and worried. We're all in the same boat, but it's an unwelcome boat called Coronavirus. You don't say which cancer you have; we have lots of different cancer groups. If you click on the Groups button and search for your particular cancer you'll find a group of people waiting to support you.
Thinking of you,
LoobyLou

Every day is the worst day to get a diagnosis, so feel joyful and happy that you can be cured. The whole world is worrying, panicking and suffering with the the coronavirus but you don't have to absorb everyone else's pain. If you try you will become ill.
Take one day at a time, make every day of your life count and when you are cured and back to full health then you can make a positive effort to undertake voluntary or charity work to help others.
I wish you every happiness for your future, you are quite obviously a very caring person, but you really have to concentrate on yourself.. xx
