Hi all,
I have had a SLNB to remove one lymph node from my groin this week for my melanoma and was told to wear compression socks for two weeks. Or to wear it for a week if I can massage my calves. Although I wasn't given instruction on what kind of massage it should be. I've emailed nurse to ask but no reply yet.
I was wondering if there are any tips you can share with me to prevent occurrence of lymphedema in short and long term.
Thanks in advance,
Elmyra
