this is only my second post on here as i normally just read through and not really know what to put down but i just felt i wanted to say how great it is to have this group and a place to say what we are thinking openly.
Someones post about dealing with the optimist's was especially relevant for me as its nice to know i'm not alone with these thoughts, i have even had someone very dear to me comment that maybe if the doctors hadn't told me i was dying that i wouldn't be! You know they mean well & its out of love but there isn't many answers to that one!
So thanks again for a great group!
Hi Paula6, Welcome to this Group. It's great you have been reading the posts and find them helpful! I am so pleased you felt happy to contribute today! That's a new one, if the doctors don't tell you, it's not happening! Someone I know and bumped into said "oh I thought you were dead!" All I could say was, not yet! People open their mouth and put their foot into it! Lol!

A tough but understandable decision, . Maybe tell him to give you some good news for a few years!
