Hi,
i have been diagnosed with stage 4 renal cancer. I just wanted to introduce myself and say hello
are you going to have treatment or plan in place
Have had nivolumab and ipilumab. Lots of side effects including adrenal insufficiency
Glad you came back, i have had no dealings with that combo, so what is the way forward as such.
Hi there, I have stage 4 RCC, immunotherapy doing its stuff. There's a great bunch of folk on here. Mine was stage 4 from day 1. RCC frequently diagnosed like that as many people don't get any symptoms. But there are a lot of new treatments being developed so there are always options, I believe.
Life is very difficult right now. I am constantly dizzy but no problems with bloods and MRI of my head was clear. They dont know what the cause is, i am seeing a neurologist tomorrow.
X
Sorry to hear that, though pleased your MRI of head was clear, so a positive.
Tomorrow not far away, and hopefully, you will find out a bit more. Its the not knowing that is hard i think,
That is so true. If someone said it was going to last 4 weeks or something then i could accept that.... but i keep thinking it might be forever
If they are ruling out sinister things as such, and the neurology doctor, might have some idea, as what is causing it,Hopefully, it is some thing that can and will be sorted..
Even tablets, could be something is unbalanced.
You will find more out tomorrow, and do not forget, to ask questions you may want the answers to.
