Thanks been a very nervy morning in truth always  been a bit vain lessons  been taught body is a bit broke manage to cope I still have life and extremely  thankful  for that I live Lincoln  when are we going to get some sunshine just hate the cold heres to tomorrow very best Regards not quite coherent today just feel emotionally drained

Oh Jim , stable sounds good, so is there anything they can do about your wonky legs or pain? I will send you some sunshine over and a bit heat if you like, still 28 here today.

Glad to hear about the stability, can't help with the weather though, we have slushy snow here in Sheffield this afternoon.
