Have a safe journey eddiel I’m sure the travel will be worth it! X
Hi Angie, and Chelle chellesimo thank you both, I'm sure no matter how bruised and battered I arrive, it's going to be worth it, and will pass on your love to the girls.
love Eddie and family xx
Safe travels Eddie, I hope everyone has an amazing and super fun time!!

Awww thank you Stacy, but some of us oldies see a holiday as a time to relax, which these days is my super fun activity, especially when I'm with family, I will enjoy my early and late day swims in the med, and I have a friend who lives locally, hopefully we can meet up. How's your day been my friend, anything in the pipeline for you?, we're in for our 1st blast of winter, so snow and freezing here, more so further north, but nothing like your winters thanks to the gulf stream.
Eddie xx
Good Morning everyone, only 4.30 am here but I was shattered yesterday and had a really early night. I hope everyone is managing to stay warm the temperature has definitely dropped now.
I have managed to get done most of the tasks I had to do this week, but it is not easy with the daily fatigue. I try and nap but that sometimes turns into a long sleep and messes with my sleep pattern, hence up at 4am. Any tips anyone has to help with fatigue greatly accepted.
I hope you all have a good day
Sharon x
Good morning Sharon, although tempting, it is best to avoid long sleeps during the day and just have short naps and exercise in the fresh air. Not easy in winter I know. My fatigue during chemo and radiotherapy passed eventually but there is no cure for it really. I hope you find a way to manage it while still enjoying life. Have a good day.

Morning Sharon, thank you so far so good, just had a lovely night in Milan "sleeping", only 5C, but we're on the train to Bari and 20C when we get there.
As for fatigue my friend, exercise and activity are key, and you can do many things indoors, indeed sitting down, to help, and as the saying goes, every little helps.
Eddie xx
