Hi everyone,
Just setting up a new chat thread for September. If you would like to catch up on August's chat you can click here. Please note that it's now locked, so you won’t be able to reply to that thread.
The chit chat thread is for: Daily Life chit chat for bloods, scans, appointments, going shopping, cutting grass, reading, watching some thing decent on TV - whatever your day has in store for you. That is daily life!
I'm currently in A&E, ambulance came for me about midday. The cancer unit emergency nurse phoned for an ambulance. I was so dizzy that I couldn't even stand then I was sick 6 times so Mrs Tvman rang the cancer unit as per instructions. The doctor has been to see me and diagnosed me with hypotension. Blood pressure low.
Wasn't expecting that to happen! I was fine until 11am then bam!! I can go home soon
I’ve just put this in another thread but thought I’d put it here too
A close relative passed away very recently- he was 65 and suffered a catastrophic brain bleed completely out of the blue and was immediately placed on life support. He was otherwise a very healthy guy , he didn’t have a chance . At least we have chances and time via treatments
Sometimes I need to remind myself

Makes you think, we all have our own option's.

Oh Tvman, Sorry to hear you ended up in A&E. I hope they sort you out and send you home!
How are things now?
Well my right leg just went from under me yesterday without warning and down I went across from the dining room and straight into the corner of the washing machine in the kitchen. Now I have two black eyes, going from the bridge of my nose, down and round in semicircles under and above my eye and as time goes by my neck is increasingly painful. From now on I will use a crutch in the house!
I have been advised against another replacement knee as the other knee didn’t work and has left me with problems! Roll on October it has got to be better than September was!
Love Annette x
Oh god Annette, I feel so sorry for you. Another fall, think I'd stay in bed if I kept falling. Do use your waking aids, mind you we got Ray a nice walking stick (he's got arthritis in his feet.) The stick is hiden know he's dangerous with it and trips over it all the time lol. Take care lovely. Love Moi XXX
