Thanks Patrick, as it's high up in the arctic, there are a couple of things I'll leave alone lutefisk and whale, but the fish is amazing as is beef and reindeer. so their what most locals eat. But globalism is creeping in so curry's and Italian are available, but we love fish and monkfish and halibut are readily available, so will go for them.
