Whatever we can plan, do and enjoy, it gets us away from our day-to-day routine. Whether near or far, let's share our experiences, snapshots etc. How did we manage? Insurance? Help at home and abroad...
Hi Stella, Bath's lovely with so many attractions, we like the parks Prior and Victoria which are traditional landscape parks, and Sydney gardens by the river and next to the Holburne museum and they also have Mary Shelley's Frankenstein experience, which is not to everyone's taste, also the foods usually very good everywhere, but book ahead.. To answer your post, yes it's just Sheila and I going to Norway, we're bypassing Southampton and catching up with the boat at Bergen. Have a fab time my friend.

Well next time you come through Southampton Eddie give me a shout !! X
Thank you for the recommendations Eddie. Hope there will be some nice autumn leaves to see. Craig amd I wa sin Bergen a few years ago. Lovely city but it rained the whole time. Have a fabulous time in Norway and hope for sunny days for you and Sheila xx
Just seen it’s your cruise time about now ?? Have a fantastic time. I love Norway !! X
I've never been to Southampton my friend, I was hoping to take the ferry to Santander, but I believe it operates out of Plymouth now?, I'm hoping to travel down to Puddletown later this year, though not sure how close it is to you.

Your always welcome my friend, and we're not bothered about the weather in Bergen, as we'll be getting a cab from the airport straight to the ship, when we land,
there used to be a lovely South American restaurant the Edesia Bar, but I'm going back to pre-covid, did fab food, xx
Thanks Chelle, we're sort of hijacking the cruise, on its way to the far north, we'll be getting off at Tromso, and spending most of our time there with friends, before getting back on to Bergen andhe flight home, our time is tight,"bl#@dy treatment", and I have a cruise with family around Mull to make
,
, xx
Have a great time! Send me a private message when you go to Puddletown, Mr Simo said we can get there in an hour x
Thanks Chelle, I'm sure we'll have a wonderful time, and that would be lovely to meet up, my fellow traveller.
