The chit chat thread is for:

Lee 2, have a good weekend and hopefully the storms and torrential rain will miss your corner of the world. Best wishes for your radiotherapy on Tuesday. At least it doesn’t take long and it’s painless. Small plus points, but plus points are very welcome at any time and any form or shape. Hospital went fine today. Just the usual slight issue with sitting comfortably for a couple of days due to the injections in both sides of my unmentionable oh well again small price to pay. Everybody stay safe over the weekend and have a nice one. Love and hugs from

Hi everyone, Angie I wouldn't mind a thunderstorm at the moment. Sitting in bed and it is so humid. Although my four dogs are petrified of the thunder so maybe just some cooling rain. How is Lilly in thunderstorms, I wonder if it upsets cats as much as dogs. Hope your unmentionables feel better soon.

Hiya Lee 2, my unmentionables are a bit on the sore side . Hope you are just in bed for a wee nap and not because you feel unwell. Lilly is not overly excited about thunderstorms. She normally just sits somewhere close to me or goes asleep under the duvet in the bedroom. Very overcast looking here with rain etc expected around 16.00. Got everything I need in for the next fee days so no need to head out if I can help it. New books have arrived, so happy reading is guaranteed. Just hope we don’t get a power cut.
Hope everybody else had not been affected by the weather and you are all doing ok. Have as good a weekend as possible and stay safe. Love and a warm hug from

Hi All, I have been unwell for days and just felt a bit better yesterday morning. Can you believe I was actually n bed ‘sleeping’! Anyway it’s difficult catching up after 4/5 days.
Ellie, of course you can do anything you put your mind to. How was the food at the Puddle Duck, up to expectations? I hope that is the first outing of many to come! Lee & Tracy what terrific news you are finally on the mend. Does that mean your PA got her cards! LOL! Tvman, Well Patrick is spot on, from now on it’s money money money, followed by more happiness than you can imagine in January! It sounds to me like Mrs T is having the same issues as my husband with bowel cancer. His Team have told him to take Imodium or similar and take them as often as he needs to. He never goes anywhere without them now but at times he barely manages to get to the toilet, especially if we are out. The surgeon also said the bowel doesn’t like to be interfered with. Does Mrs T take anything similar? He also has bladder cancer but so far that is not causing any similar problems, thankfully!
I will eventually catch up but hope everyone has a terrific Sunday!
Love Annette x
