Good morning all
Just setting up a new chat thread for July. If you would like to catch up on June's chat you can click here. Please note that it's now locked, so you won’t be able to reply to that thread.
The chit chat thread is for:
Daily Life chit chat for bloods, scans, appointments, going shopping, cutting grass, reading, watching some thing decent on TV - whatever your day has in store for you. That is daily life!
Good to hear you had a little stroll outside
Sod the weeds Ellie !
A hair do always makes us feel better so good to hear you got that booked in
I’m sure your washing line’s been wondering where you’ve been . My guess is those sheets will be back on there before too long
Custard tarts yummy and hopefully a glass of chilled white is planned for later
I’ve been to the dentist today , flippin tooth abcess, anyway got sorted - the side effects of treatment do try to derail us don’t they ?

JSB4 sorry to hear you had a rough weekend! Glad you are feeling better now.
it is starting to heat up here again, really hope it doesn’t get too hot. I’ve been out with the puppy this morning. We are lucky to have woods just behind our house, so it’s cool to walk him there. He slept off his walk, whilst I popped to the shop, now time for a cup of tea. I had some lovely flowers in the garden, but puppy has decided to eat most of them, so not going to bother this year, seems pointless.
Hi Chelle, it comes with ads but you can click them away, you can also upgrade but not sure what you get. Here are another couple of experiments the sea in Spain and our allotment

Glad you are feeling a bit more like your old self and booked a hairdresser appointment too. I have some of my hair growing back and now need to mange them and wear a wig too. Maybe in 6-12 months time I could go about with a topper instead of a wig. The hassle!
Thank you for your kind words. I am going to put my dad’s nasty words to the side as he only ever criticises things and never praise for anything or anyone. It is a life devoid of joy and happiness.
I am feeling generally a brighter today and are going to make Korean fried chicken with tempura vegetables, yum!
It is going to be very warm again from tomorrow onwards. I am planning to visit PYO flower farm then go for Newmarket racing day on Saturday
Have a lovely evening and best of wishes for Lee2 tomorrow xx
I remember Newmarket Stella, I was born and bred near Southwold in Suffolk. Are you going to have a little flutter?
Patrick xx
Stella, I am so jealous that you are going to Newmarket on Saturday. Do you love horse racing as well as other Equestrian sport? Have a wonderful day out and may the ‘luck of the Irish’ be with you if you have a wee flutter or two on the horses. Love
Angie and Lilly xx
Hi Alana and Patrick
I will have a flutter or two for sure. No ideas on horses racing or equestrian sports at all. I only learned about horses etc with dental nurses/ patients around the area. One of my patient was a journalist for the racing post but he never gave me any tips though.
I am looking forward to a picnic with friends to start with, then all the people watching , and hopefully a win for the horses. It will be around 31C so quite a warm day. I better study on how thiss going to effect the form
Hi Alana lovely to see you posting. How is lovely Lilly, your great furry friend. I do envy you having a lovely cat, as I've said before we can't have pets we're I live. It's a bummer as furry pets are good company for the elderly and ill people, but that's that. I like a little flutter on the horses as well, such noble creatures. Take care lovely. XX
